Rates & Insurance

I accept cash or self-pay clients.

I am also In Network with the following insurances: Anthem BCBS, Aetna, BHCP (Martin’s Point, Maine Health), Community Health Options, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, and Optum (United Healthcare).

All other insurances - I am Out of Network (OON) and you are responsible for the full fee. Many insurances have OON benefits; please contact your insurance for questions. You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for cost of services.

On a case by case basis, I work with the Maine Victim’s Compensation Fund.

Rates:

Intake Session: $160

Therapy Session (53-55 Min): $150

Shorter sessions may be available upon request.

Consultation/Training: $160

Methods of Payment: Cash, checks, credit, debit.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance Requirements

If you are using insurance benefits, please be aware that insurance companies require a justifiable mental health diagnosis for reimbursement, (e.g. depression, adjustment disorder, generalized anxiety, etc). A diagnosis will be submitted with the insurance claim and will become part of your medical record.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged a fee.

Cancellations less than 6 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged for full payment.
